Event space rental is hourly. Minimum 4 hours rental.

New townhouse located in the Hill Country, just 2 blocks from Lake Travis in the resort community of Point Venture. It is in on a very quiet road with no through traffic on a beautifully manicured golf course. The lake, park and other amenities are a few minutes drive away. Point Venture is located 6 miles from Lago Vista and 40 miles east of Austin. Deers roam freely in the neighborhood and are generally friendly. Travel by walking, golf cart or vehicle. Private park and beach access available with use of access card. One car allowed in at a time with access card per Association rules. Let host know if two access cards needed during stay.

• Cleaning fee per booking: $160
• Pet fees (maximum 2 pets): $100 per booking
• 10% discount for bookings 7 days or longer
• 30% discount for bookings 28 days or longer

• Check in: 3:00 pm Check out: 11:00 am (for overnight stays)
• Minimum 2 night stay for non-event space bookings
• Quiet hours between 10 pm and 7am. Please keep all noise to minimum. Please follow all community guidelines. 
• This is a smoke free property. No smoking on property. There will be a cleaning fee of $300 if smoking of any type occurs in the house or on property. 
• Events for overnight bookings: birthday parties, family gatherings with maximum of 15 people. Maximum overnight guests is 8. No unauthorized filming, productions, or events are permitted. 

Check out: Please lock all doors, windows and turn off all lights when leaving the property. 

Cancellation policy: Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.
